It’s very rare that I write a book review, especially as I’m extremely busy doing my own thing, But i came across a great little read that I had to share.
Stop Talk Start Doing by Sháá Wasmund. A six part kick in the pants, an entertaining, concise, motivational styled eloquent read that will make you feel uncomfortable about where you are right now and get you moving. I would say that I am personally a highly motivated and high energy individual, and it’s caused me to kick it up a gear!
From beginning to end, the road map to success and getting things done it laid bare before you with every reason to follow it, that its hard not to feel pulled towards your purpose and legacy. (By The Way, Legacy is my latest project).
Purpose does not need to involve calculations or numbers. Purpose is about quality of life. Purpose is human, not economic.-Simon Sinek
We’ve all done it. Talked about something we want to start, then look back months later and we’re no closer to achieving it.
Starting your own business, losing weight, learning to play the ukulele. We all talk about it, but how many of us DO it? But it’s that simple. We just need to stop talking, and start doing. Shaa’s book is about just that. It’s worked for her, now let it work for you.
“To achieve anything in life you have to start somewhere, be it writing a book, starting a business or climbing a mountain, this book will set you on your way.” SIR RANULPH FIENNES OBE The World´s Greatest Living Explorer
“This is a great book; straightforward and to the point. To achieve the goals you set yourself, you have to take action and this book will help you do just that.” DEBORAH MEADEN Entrepreneur and Investor
“Sháá embraces fear without regret and through this book convincingly urges others to as well.” SIR JAMES DYSON Inventor and Industrial Designer
I can’t put this any other way than simply, get this book, read it, action it! Don’t put your ideas on a pedastal, Put them into ACTION!
Take care Deepak
